The Wooden Bear Family Dress-Up Puzzle is designed for children three and up. Our testers found that the pieces do not hold up to baby slobber or being dunked in water. Our testers also found that some of the pieces fit snugly, requiring an adult to help younger children squeeze the pieces into place.
